The warehouse and office building is undergoing extensive exterior and interior upgrades, with expected completion on July 1, 2025. The entire building has been re-insulated, and new windows, doors, and facade cladding have been installed. Heating is based on an air-to-water system. The office section on the third floor has been completely renovated to the latest standards. The building will appear in a beautiful new guise and be highly energy-efficient with energy class A. It serves as the headquarters for Tingstad and houses their automated crane warehouse. The parent company in the Koppernæs group also has office facilities in the building.
