This commercial building is centrally located by the E39 in Kungälv, north of Gothenburg, and houses both offices and the main warehouse for Nordic Fastening Group. Heating for both the offices and the warehouse is based on geothermal energy and a water-to-water system. The roof of the newest warehouse is equipped with 600 m² of solar panels. Currently, a new warehouse building of 3,500 m² is being planned, with expected completion in autumn 2026. This new warehouse will also be heated using geothermal energy and powered by solar panels on the roof, further contributing to the building's energy efficiency and sustainability.
